Section 1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bd44 platform ("Platform") and its users ("Players" or "Members"). bd44 is a safe and reliable online betting and gaming platform for Bangladeshi players.

These Terms apply to the bd44 website, mobile version and all services under the platform. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.

Section 2 Account Registration

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same household, the same address or the same device is prohibited.

2.1 Account Security

Players are required to keep their account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing any other person to use the account is strictly prohibited. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity associated with their account.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. bd44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of a security breach.

Section 3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

bd44 takes a firm stance against underage gambling. The platform is for users aged 21 and above only. We may request the following documents at any time to verify a player's age and identity:

• A scanned copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of current address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable).

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bd44 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in the player's own name may be used.
• Depositing through third parties is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from bd44 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the verification process is incomplete.
• If suspicious activity is detected, bd44 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and carry out further investigation.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bd44 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• An account may not claim the welcome bonus more than once.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

bd44's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP tier progression depends on active participation and consistent use of the platform. bd44 reserves the right to change or revise VIP tier benefits at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse, account manipulation or artificial wagering to meet bonus terms is found, bd44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and, where necessary, close the account.

Section 6 Game Rules

The bd44 platform offers various types of gaming services, including slots, fishing games, live casino, sports betting and more. All games are conducted fairly and impartially.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that game will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the server record will be considered final.
• bd44's decision is final in any dispute relating to games.

6.1 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and a range of other sports. bd44 provides betting on popular Bangladeshi tournaments such as BPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events, as well as international-standard sports events.

If an event is cancelled, suspended or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. In the case of a draw or no result, the stake may be refunded.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd44 platform and any such activity may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or documents.
• Placing artificial bets or abusing bonuses in order to meet bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to defraud the platform using any software, bot, algorithm or automated method.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening or disrespecting other players.
• Making deposits using funds belonging to a third party.

Section 8 Account Suspension and Closure

bd44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If false information or forged documents are provided.
• If required documents are not provided on time during the verification process.
• If a court order or directive from a regulatory authority is received.

Players may also close their account at any time by notifying our support team. It is the player's responsibility to withdraw any outstanding balance before closing the account.

Section 9 Responsible Gaming

bd44 is a strong advocate of responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial hardship or mental distress.

Players may set the following limits on their account at their own discretion:

• Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.

Section 12 Changes to Terms
